In order to foster a thriving company culture and motivate our staff, we make extra efforts to bring our associates the recognition and support that they need. We are always trying to find new ways of engaging our associates and expanding their benefits. This month, our New Jersey location did just that by bringing on a personal trainer.
Putting the Spotlight on Associate Wellness
We celebrate our associates on a regular basis, promoting a vibrant work environment through team building activities, meetings, events, and even special associate focus. By bringing on a personal trainer available to associates, ImageFIRST New Jersey is promoting a healthy company culture by making sure that their associates are healthy, as well.
ImageFIRST New Jersey associates who partake in “Stress Relieve Mode” are able to walk around the facility outside, and do some stretches to let off some steam and rejuvenate before taking on the rest of their day. “Stress Relieve Mode” is made available to associates both in the morning and the afternoon, which allows for both production shifts to benefit. ImageFIRST New Jersey’s personal trainer will also take the time to discuss the importance of a balanced, nutritious diet and getting plenty of exercise.
